Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Assist visitors and clients in a courteous and efficient manner.
  3. Manage and maintain office supplies, inventory, and fixed assets to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  4. Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  5. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
  6. Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents to stakeholders as needed.
  7. Handle incoming and outgoing documents, including mail and packages, in a secure and timely manner.
  8. Ensure that the office is clean and organized to promote productivity and well-being.
  9. Accurately enter data into spreadsheets and databases to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  10. Maintain accurate records and files to support business decisions and operations.
  11. Support the local accounting and operations team by performing tasks such as depositing checks and updating passbooks.
  12. Generate reports as needed to support business operations and decision-making.
