Job Summary

\

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Senior Operations Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure.

\

In this key position, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Configuration Manager infrastructure to support clients, distributing content, and deploying operating systems.

\

You will also manage inventory and virtual applications using Configuration Manager, administer enterprise software, deploy and manage operating systems, and ensure compliance with software updates.

\

Additionally, you will create and deploy Group Policy for user accounts via System Centre or Microsoft Intune, assist with the remediation of vulnerabilities on servers by packaging its updates for deployment, and develop a Standard Operating Environment for SCCM deployment.

\

The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and adaptability to varying requests, excellent time management and organizational skills, and the ability to work in shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends when support coverage is required.
