Job Title: Campus Partnerships Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Campus Partnerships Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end candidate selection process, from campus outreach to final offers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with educational institutions, organize campus recruitment events, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support candidates throughout their hiring journey.

About the Role
  • Manage account-specific activities such as CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system and offers/onboarding
  • Participate in daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports within deadlines
  • Maintain strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other account stakeholders
Requirements
  • Effective English business communication, written and oral
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Amenability to work on a fixed-term contract
