Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of automated optical inspection processes.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Designing, programming, and operating machines according to customer specifications to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Evaluating current machine conditions, implementing improvements, and verifying their effectiveness to enhance machine performance.
  • Conducting Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA) to identify potential failures and their causes.
  • Collaborating with production teams to resolve machine breakdowns and ensure smooth operations.
  • Developing new and improved machine designs to increase productivity and longevity.
  • Working with engineers to optimize inspection parameters and verify AOI system results.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of vision or camera systems, as well as optical inspection principles and techniques. Additionally, they should have excellent analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and high attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar field is preferred, but fresh graduates are also considered.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong documentation skills.
