Project Development Engineer

  1. Responsible for planning, monitoring and managing the execution of the assigned construction, renovation and rehabilitation projects within the healthcare and commercial facilities portfolio;

  2. The role encompasses project development activities from conception to completion;

  3. Provides technical expertise in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), supports bidding and procurement;

  4. Reports project updates to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and management;

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Licensed Civil Engineer (required)

  2. At least five years experience in project management or construction;

  3. Experience in project scheduling and construction management tools, building codes, safety regulations and permitting processes, BOQ preparation, cost estimation and contractor management;

  4. Excellent in analytical thinking, leadership, communication skills and high attention to details

NOTE: Opportunity to transition to a permanent position based on excellent evaluation scores.
