Project Development Engineer

Responsible for planning, monitoring and managing the execution of the assigned construction, renovation and rehabilitation projects within the healthcare and commercial facilities portfolio;
The role encompasses project development activities from conception to completion;
Provides technical expertise in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), supports bidding and procurement;
Reports project updates to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and management;
QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensed Civil Engineer (required)
At least five years experience in project management or construction;
Experience in project scheduling and construction management tools, building codes, safety regulations and permitting processes, BOQ preparation, cost estimation and contractor management;
Excellent in analytical thinking, leadership, communication skills and high attention to details
NOTE: Opportunity to transition to a permanent position based on excellent evaluation scores.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 5 months
