Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in gathering and analyzing business requirements for successful project delivery.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements through effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of process flows, business models, and system documentation.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of business requirements.
  • Conduct gap analyses to identify discrepancies in business processes and recommend solutions.
  • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Participate in developing test plans and user acceptance testing to validate deliverables.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, fostering open communication and collaboration.
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, including internships or entry-level positions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel and SQL.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
