We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as the CEO's trusted advisor and right-hand person in driving business initiatives, cultivating company culture, and ensuring continued success.

The ideal candidate will be a high-achieving individual who has consistently demonstrated expertise, strategic thinking, and operational excellence. They will be expected to learn quickly, navigate complex workflows, and balance multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.

This role plays a critical part in helping run the business, including coordinating board meetings, facilitating leadership team discussions, organizing cultural events, and supporting the CEO on strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's schedule, email, and priorities to optimize focus on high-impact tasks
  • Support social media presence and thought leadership efforts through content research, industry analysis, and drafting using AI tools
  • Provide support for booking speaking engagements and responding to inquiries through the company website
  • Serve as primary liaison to the board and shareholders by coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring timely communications
  • Coordinate corporate planning sessions and drive special projects as needed
  • Act as EOS Administrator; prepare agendas, summarize decisions, and communicate reminders
  • Explore new AI applications to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and team performance
  • Plan and execute major company events, including annual kickoff, mid-year town hall, quarterly state of the company, and holiday party
  • Execute client appreciation initiatives that deliver value and connection
  • Manage monthly CEO newsletter process and other company communications

  • Discreet and trustworthy with an absolute commitment to confidentiality
