Job Overview

A Business Manager leads a team of virtual assistants, ensuring congruence between their performance and clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations and problem-solving for client-VA pairs to meet targets set by clients.
  • Partner with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability.
  • Work with clients to grow their businesses using global services.
  • Client-VA management and needs mitigation.
Requirements
  • A degree in business or related field (preferred).
  • At least three years of business management/remote management experience.
  • Highly proficient in English (written and oral).
  • Familiarity with operational processes and high-pressure work environments.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, focused, organized, and efficient in MS Office and Google Suite applications.
System Requirements
  • Primary System: Intel Core i5-5000 or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, 8GB RAM, Windows 10/11 64-bit or macOS Ventura.
  • Backup System: Same as Primary System requirements, optional USB-type headset.
  • Power Supply (UPS): Capable of powering workstation for at least 3 hours, 240Wh or higher, accepting all plugs required for primary device and work environment.
  • Internet Connection: DSL/Fiber Connection - minimum 8mb/s, Backup Internet Connection - minimum 5mb/s.
