Job Description

The role of Technical Support Consultant involves providing exceptional technical support to clients via various communication channels.

  • Provide timely and effective solutions to technical inquiries of varying complexity
  • Gather data to ensure thorough resolution of complex issues
  • Maintain knowledge of client products and services
  • Communicate with development teams and other departments to identify and troubleshoot technical issues
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent English language skills (C1 level for spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in technical support, desktop support, or similar roles
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts
  • Customer-focused attitude and high level of responsibility
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Zendesk
  • Degree in computer science or information technology
  • Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco technologies
