Job Title: Timekeeping Associate

The primary goal of this role is to work collaboratively with the payroll and timekeeping team for efficient end-to-end processing of semimonthly payrolls. This involves a range of tasks, including ensuring that new hires are enrolled in the timekeeping system and their schedules are available during training.


The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing employee schedules, as well as coordinating with people leaders for timecard corrections and addressing any related issues or concerns. They will also perform historical edits in the timekeeping system, prepare payroll adjustments for requests received after timecard sign-off, and ensure timely submission of Time and Attendance reports to payroll.


This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain data security and proficiency in applications and system integration tools used in Timekeeping.


In addition, the incumbent will assist the Sr. Finance Analyst in projects and activities related to process improvements and streamlining, and contribute to overall team performance by participating in payroll and service delivery reform activities.
