Job Overview

This role is pivotal to maintaining seamless daily operations and delivering exceptional customer service in an expanding automotive services environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and dispatch accurate quotes via email by interpreting the Excel-based pricing matrix and utilizing CRM templates.
  • Maintain precise records of quotes and customer correspondence.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, encompassing management of Facebook messages and comments.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls once quoting proficiency has been achieved.
  • Support other general administrative duties as required to facilitate business operations.
Essential Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales administration role or similar.
  • Strong written English skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in quoting, administration, or customer service roles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general office software.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (training provided).
  • Exposure to the automotive industry (advantageous but not mandatory).
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to career development.
