Student Success Coach

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a virtual environment and can provide exceptional support to students and their families. We are seeking an experienced Student Success Coach to join our team.

  • The Student Success Coach plays a crucial role in the success of our organization by coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and providing quality customer service.
  • They will actively support our Regional Operations team and provide outstanding academic services to students and their families.
  • Our ideal candidate will be able to operate seamlessly in a virtual operating environment, maintain our operating standards, and ensure delivery of programs and initiatives for our students and school district partners.
  • They will also meet operational excellence standards, provide virtual administrative support, manage class schedules, monitor student progress, and conduct conferences with partner program directors.
