Marketing Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing automation, web analytics, and campaign optimization.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and optimize automated marketing campaigns
  • Manage lead-nurturing workflows and customer journey optimization
  • Create seamless integrations between marketing channels
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute high-ROI automation strategies

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Improvements in campaign metrics like conversion rates and lead quality scores
  • Support growth targets through optimized automation and attribution
  • Be the go-to expert for campaign operations and enable scalability
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Data Science, or related fields
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation and/or web analytics
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnel optimization, conversion tracking, and attribution
  • Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
