Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst to join our Global Finance team. This role will provide an opportunity to drive strategic decision-making, financial performance, and champion digital innovation within the finance organization.

The successful candidate will lead critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation. They will be responsible for managing the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial reporting and analysis across critical business areas.
  • Manage the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles.
  • Summarize complex monthly and quarterly results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn financial data into strategic recommendations.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to engage non-financial stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deliverables independently.
