Job Summary

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager is responsible for leading the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role provides key financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership by analyzing business performance, identifying trends, and assessing financial risks and opportunities. The FP&A Manager plays a critical role in driving financial discipline, optimizing resource allocation, and supporting business growth through data-driven analysis and scenario modeling. Additionally, the position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial objectives are aligned with operational goals.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strategic thinking with commercial acumen.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, ERP (SAP, Oracle), and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Job Qualifications

  • Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, CPA or CMA.
