Job Overview

Are you a seasoned marketing professional seeking a challenging role that leverages your technical expertise to drive business growth? We're looking for an accomplished Marketing Automation Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of marketing systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the marketing tech stack: administer HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Gravity Forms, and more.
  • Automate and streamline processes by building workflows for lead scoring, routing, lifecycle stages, and campaign execution.
  • Campaign tech support: set up UTM tracking, landing pages, forms, and campaign infrastructure to ensure accurate reporting and smooth execution.
  • Lead management and attribution: maintain data accuracy, lead segmentation, scoring models, and funnel tracking across platforms.
  • Reporting and insights: build dashboards and reports using Sheets, Looker, or Hex. Monitor marketing KPIs and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • A/B testing and funnel improvements: run tests across emails, pages, and flows to boost conversions and funnel performance.
  • AI and tooling: explore tools like Clay, Zapier, and built-in AI features to enhance automation and personalization.
Requirements
  • 4+ years in marketing operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
  • Familiarity with lead workflows, scoring, segmentation, and attribution.
  • Excellent problem-solving, detail orientation, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple systems.
  • Ability to explain technical details to non-technical teams.
  • Curious, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
Success Metrics

Within 30 days, you'll understand the business, tech stack, and system connections. At 60 days, you'll actively improve workflows and manage data operations. By 90 days, you'll confidently own systems, fix issues, and ship improvements.
