We're building the world's first patient-centered virtual heart clinic, starting with cardiac rehab.

Our team consists of clinicians, mathematicians, entrepreneurs, engineers, and experts from various fields. We share a common goal: to improve healthcare through innovative technology solutions.

As our key growth driver, you will be responsible for driving top of funnel marketing processes and serving as our inside sales representative for those interested in joining our program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for patients referred or visiting our website.
  • Handling inquiries, feedback, and questioning from consumers interested in enrolling.
  • Converting patients by enrolling them in our program.
  • Navigating financial and subscription plan conversations with patients.
  • Ensuring a smooth and scalable patient enrollment process.
  • Insurance enrollment and credentialing.
  • Supporting inbound non-clinical inquiries and enrollment tasks.
  • Collaborating with clinical staff and referring physician offices to enhance operational processes.
  • Leveraging technology and internal teams to address patient questions accurately and resolve challenges effectively.
  • Working closely with product and marketing teams to define clinical workflow priorities and determine impactful product changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an inside sales B2C role with a proven track record of owning and scaling company processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
  • Highly collaborative and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Inherent growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and team development.
  • Ability to track and report on key metrics defining success.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Health-tech experience.
  • Medical office administration background.
  • Experience working remotely (our entire team is remote).
  • Prior experience using technology tools including GSuite, ZenDesk, Slack.
