We are seeking a talented Legal Talent Sourcer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging with attorneys to assist us in placing them within top-tier law firms. This is a full-time, fully remote position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Candidate Outreach: Conducting cold calls, emails, and other outreach efforts to identify and engage attorneys for roles within law firms.
  • Supporting our founder: Collaborating with our founder on candidate prep calls, client meetings, and strategy discussions to gain insight into the legal recruiting industry.
  • Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews, managing follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth process for candidates and clients.
  • Relationship Building: Fostering strong relationships with candidates to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Pipeline Management: Utilizing CRM tools to maintain accurate records of candidate and client information.
  • Market Research: Staying informed about market trends to identify top talent and opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, legal, or a phone-based role at a U.S. company.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet, proficiency with remote tools (e.g., Zoom), and a quiet home office setup.

This is a full-time position requiring work during business hours (Monday–Friday).
