Job Description

We are recruiting for a Program Coordinator to oversee and lead faculty programs and student activities related to Computer Science in Education. The successful candidate will work onsite with a day shift schedule.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about sharing their expertise and inspiring others to turn their dreams into fulfilling careers. They will join a dynamic team driven by a common goal: to innovate and reshape the education landscape.

  • Oversee faculty programs and student activities related to Computer Science.
  • Support operational tasks of the Information Systems Academics team, including assigning academic workloads, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, overseeing performance management, developing and implementing policies, processes, and systems, and assisting with administrative tasks.
  • Monitor online classes and provide constructive feedback to instructors.
  • Collaborate with the program head to conduct regular reviews, updates, and development of the curriculum.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A relevant Bachelor's or Post-graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields is required.
  • Must have completed their post-graduate degree or currently undergoing their post-graduate degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years of industry experience in areas such as systems analysis, data science, organizational processes, quality assurance, and project management is required.
  • Experience or background in academia is a big plus.
  • A strong understanding of technology-related concepts and enthusiasm for future developments is important.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and business communication abilities are required.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a must.
