We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining project scope, planning resource allocation, and ensuring proper resource availability and utilization.

You will also develop project schedules and timelines based on estimates, plan and sequence project activities, and manage Jira boards.

In addition, you will track project performance with Jira metrics, monitor team and individual performance via KPIs and stand-ups, and send regular progress reports to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning & Resource Management
    1. Define and Refine Project Scope: Work closely with cross-functional teams to clarify project goals and objectives.
    2. Plan Resource Allocation: Ensure that necessary resources are available and allocated effectively.
    3. Ensure Proper Resource Availability & Utilization: Streamline processes to maximize resource efficiency.
    4. Develop Project Schedules & Timelines: Create realistic schedules and timelines based on estimates.
  2. Project Execution & Agile Process Management
    1. Plan & Sequence Project Activities: Develop a clear understanding of project workflows and dependencies.
    2. Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
    3. Manage Jira Boards: Monitor and control project progress using Jira metrics.
  3. Monitoring, Reporting & Metrics
    1. Track Project Performance: Use Jira metrics to measure project velocity, burn-down, and sprint reports.
    2. Monitor Team & Individual Performance: Track KPIs and participation in daily stand-ups.
    3. Send Regular Progress Reports: Keep stakeholders informed about project status.
  4. Leadership & Team Support
    1. Act as Mediator: Resolve conflicts between team members and stakeholders.
    2. Remove Blockers & Distractions: Eliminate obstacles hindering team progress.
    3. Maintain Team Morale: Foster a positive team culture and motivation.
    4. Hold Team Members Accountable: Set clear expectations and monitor performance.
    5. Promote Collaboration: Encourage open communication and teamwork.
  5. Continuous Improvement & Documentation
    1. Streamline Processes: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
    2. Conduct Post-Mortems: Analyze major incidents and implement corrective actions.
    3. Document Project Information: Maintain centralized project documentation.
