Office Staff Job Description
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Oversee clerical tasks, including mail sorting and distribution, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Maintain accurate inventory of office supplies and order new materials as needed.
* Organize and maintain files in a secure and accessible manner.
* Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming visitors and responding to phone calls and messages.
* Ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
* Proficient in MS Office applications.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
* Willingness to work on-site at Bicutan, Taguig.
