Job Overview

This role involves the analysis and interpretation of data, reports, and dashboards.

  • A minimum 2nd year college undergraduate degree is required.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) are essential.
  • The ability to create reports and dashboards using Microsoft Information Systems (MIS) reporting tools is a must.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel skills, including the ability to write macros, as well as Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, is mandatory.
  • Lead MIS/supervisory experience is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Strong English comprehension skills are required.
  • Applicants should be available to start work immediately, if possible.
