Job Description

As a Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' security journeys by tailoring cybersecurity protocols and assisting vCISOs with security assessments and technical implementation projects.

This involves working directly with clients to understand their operations and developing security policies and procedures that meet their unique needs.

You will also serve as a subject matter expert on our security education platform, design and deploy phishing tests for clients, and provide compliance audit readiness support as required.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist vCISOs in executing elements and projects within a security program
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures tailored to client needs
  • Serve as subject matter expert on security education platform
  • Design and deploy phishing tests for clients regularly
  • Provide compliance audit readiness support as required
  • Implement and manage Vanta or similar GRC platform for clients
  • Build tools and techniques to compress human-intensive tasks into automated processes
  • Document best practice procedures for commonly used technologies for standardization of deployment
  • Identify system misconfigurations and develop recommendations for clients
  • Collaborate with team members to improve security services through creative use-cases and metrics
  • Capture regular metrics highlighting key activities, measurable accomplishments, and blockers
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in Security Technologies, Information Security, Business Resilience, Technology Risk or related fields
  • External-facing client experience
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, for client and internal audiences
  • Understanding of cybersecurity domains, including Security Operations (on-premise and cloud), Security Engineering, Information Risk Management, etc.
  • Report writing and summarization skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt security best practices to a wide variety of technologies
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
