Job Role: Quality Test Analyst IThe primary responsibility of this role is to plan, design, and execute manual and automated test scripts. Working closely with senior managers, product analysts, developers, and fellow quality test analysts, the individual will be responsible for performing end-to-end quality control and assurance activities. This includes understanding product requirements, developing a test plan, creating test cases, executing tests, and reporting defects.Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and update automated test scripts using HPCC – ECL Language.
  • Execute test scripts and analyze results, recording findings from both manual and automated testing.
  • Ensure adequate test coverage is provided.
  • Identify defects or anomalies and investigate their cause, documenting and tracking these defects.
  • Contribute to improving the QA process and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 1-2 years' experience in software quality assurance or software development.
  • Experience utilizing software development methodologies in projects.
  • Working knowledge of agile technologies and continuous integration/delivery.
  • Experience in software testing and test automation.
  • Background working on ETL and data warehouse implementation projects.
  • Previous experience testing web services and Linux shell scripts.
