Key Responsibilities:
  • We require a skilled coordinator to communicate with engagement teams, gather requirements, and provide support or training.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with internal production teams to relay feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Knowledge Management and Processes:
  • This role involves establishing and maintaining knowledge management standards to meet communication needs.
  • Monitoring team outputs, recommending process improvements, and escalating issues or risks as needed are key responsibilities.
Support Lead and Peers:
  • Providing administrative and operational support to senior team members is essential.
  • Representing peers in Partnership-wide meetings and managing team operations during absences are also crucial tasks.
Strategic Planning:
  • This role contributes to shaping the sponsor experience through clear, impactful content and communications.
  • The successful candidate will recommend strategies to enhance sponsor engagement features year over year.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, publishing, marketing, product development, or equivalent is required.
  • Three years' experience in marketing, communications, project management, or customer experience development is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in international development, nonprofit, or cause-based environments is desirable.
  • Creative, innovative thinkers with analytical and process-oriented skills are highly valued.
