Job Title:

Community Development Liaison

This role requires a skilled professional to strengthen local ownership, capacity, and resources of church partners.

About the Role:
  • Develop relationships with local churches, fostering mutual respect, trust, and service.
  • Facilitate partner relationships through the Partner Management core process.
  • Improve church outcomes by adopting a developmental mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote awareness about children's needs, prioritizing child protection.
  • Support church strategies to engage parents, caregivers, children, and youth.
  • Work with pastors and church staff to identify capacity development needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years in community development or partnership management.
  • Experience in program cycle management for WASH, Education, and Livelihood projects.
Travel Requirements:

Up to 50% travel may be required.
