IT Technical Support Professional

This is a remote full-time opportunity to work as an IT technical support specialist. As part of this team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting services to various platforms including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and RMM tools.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cloud platforms, scripting, and IT ticketing systems. They will also possess strong analytical skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment, and excellent communication skills.

The job requires the following key responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants
  • Troubleshoot issues in QuickBooks Desktop and Online environments
  • Use NinjaRMM and ticketing tools to monitor and resolve incidents
  • Create and maintain IT scripts for automation and task optimization
  • Respond to, track, and resolve IT support tickets within defined SLAs
  • Communicate effectively via Microsoft Teams and maintain high service standards
  • Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and common issues for the knowledge base

The qualifications for this role include:

  • Minimum 2 years of IT support experience
  • Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft and Google Workspace issues
  • Hands-on experience with RMM and ticketing systems
  • Basic to intermediate scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or others)
  • Familiarity with accounting software, especially QuickBooks
  • Strong communication and remote collaboration skills
  • Ability to work night shifts and manage tasks independently
