Job Title: Infrastructure Maintenance Supervisor

Civil / Sanitary Supervisors are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct technical support to the Operations Team, resolving technical issues related to civil works such as cracks and leaks.
  • Assist in monitoring maintenance programs, overseeing equipment parameters, and auditing findings until closure.
  • Conduct regular property audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Research and implement new technologies and innovation programs to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Create project proposals for the adoption of new technologies and present technical reports of tasks handled.
  • Develop and monitor property standardization protocols to ensure consistency across all facilities.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our infrastructure, providing technical expertise to the Operations Team, and driving process improvements.
