
Remote Customer Service Specialist

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support via phone or other communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to resolve issues efficiently, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The successful applicant will have prior experience in a call center setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service to customers. Additionally, they will be proficient in English, both written and spoken, and have a typing speed of 20+ WPM.
Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls professionally, resolving customer issues on the first call, and maintaining accurate documentation of interactions and claims. Furthermore, the candidate will guide customers through options to find the best solutions, follow scripts and policies, and protect customer privacy.
Qualifications for this position include being at least 18 years old, having a high school diploma or equivalent, and possessing previous call center experience. Strong command of the English language is also essential, as well as basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and claims.
- Providing guidance to customers on available options and solutions.
- Following established scripts, policies, and procedures.
