
Remote Customer Service Professional

As a key member of our consumer services team, you will conduct concierge calls and provider-matching calls to clients with service requirements.
This is a remote work position that requires over 1 year of experience making outbound calls, including appointment setting. You must have reliable internet, good computer specs, and a quiet environment to make high-quality calls. Additionally, you should be a responsible individual who can be trusted to work remotely and handle night shift hours.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Understand client needs and ensure they receive quality service.
- Conduct basic provider data research.
- Engage in phone conversations with clients as an executive assistant, maintaining a balance between casual and professional tones.
- Accurately record client interactions.
- Be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced work environment.
- Stay focused on meeting deadlines.
- Pursue new ideas and initiatives.
- Manage personal productivity and work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. A BPO customer service agent profile is preferred. At least 1-year BPO experience, preferably in a work-from-home environment, is necessary. Keen attention to detail and familiarity with remote work tools are essential. The ability to multitask and think outside the box is also required. Finally, you must meet system requirements mandated by the project.
