Job Title: Employee Experience SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Employee Experience Specialist to join our team. As an Employee Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our Human Resource department.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer routine tasks required to execute human resource programs, including onboarding, offboarding, and position changes;
  • Answer frequently asked questions from employees and managers relative to standard policies, processes, benefits, etc., referring complex and/or sensitive matters to senior HR team members;
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, reviewing policies and practices to ensure compliance;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation;
  • Maintain confidentiality of human resource files and records;
  • Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure all required documents are collected and filed appropriately;
  • Act as liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors;
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and employment law;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years' experience as HR Generalist;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations;
  • Excellent organizational skills, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
  • Effective stress and time management skills;
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to work independently and/or as a team member;
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
