Job Overview

This is a pivotal position where you will collaborate closely with the CEO and other high-level executives in our advertising agency. In this unique role, you will have the opportunity to gain profound insights into the inner workings of the organization and provide crucial data-driven recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a blend of technical expertise, intellectual curiosity, and excellent communication skills. They will be able to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various departments, including Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Creative, to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.

This role involves collaborating with multiple departments to provide quantitative analysis and support business growth through paid acquisition channels like YouTube, Facebook, TikTok & Google. You will design reports to track financial metrics as well as operational metrics, create analyses using disparate data sources, and translate complex results into easily understood presentation quality materials.

You will also provide input through business modeling and pro forma analysis to support strategic decision-making in day-to-day operations and new programs, proactively identify and evaluate opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to CEO and other leadership members.

Furthermore, you will deliver accurate revenue forecasts, produce cost-benefit analysis reports, and maintain an automated 'CEO Dashboard' covering key business and departmental KPIs. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence strategic decisions and drive measurable improvements in company performance.
