Job Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking Senior Analyst to support our regionalised structure. This is not a traditional reporting role: the ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the business, helping to design scalable insight engines and prototype decision-support systems.

The role involves developing and maintaining tailored dashboards, cohort trackers, and insight narratives that reveal commercial and operational levers. The successful candidate will lead deep dives into performance variability, liquidation trends, customer segments, and treatment outcomes.

Key responsibilities include partnering with internal client leads and external stakeholders to define analytical needs and translate them into high-impact deliverables. The role also requires delivering strategic presentations to client stakeholders with clear recommendations and hypotheses for testing.

  • Develop and maintain tailored dashboards, cohort trackers, and insight narratives.
  • Lead deep dives into performance variability, liquidation trends, customer segments, and treatment outcomes.
  • Partner with internal client leads and external stakeholders to define analytical needs.
  • Deliver strategic presentations to client stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, with a clear focus on client-facing, commercial, or strategic work.
  • Expert-level SQL, with proven experience extracting and transforming large datasets.
  • Strong communication skills, with a track record of presenting insights to external stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of cohort analysis, performance attribution, and outcome modeling.
