Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to excel in the field of email solutions, where you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients using leading email marketing platforms. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless client experiences by setting up and optimizing email campaigns, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with IP management and sender reputation monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and optimize email campaigns, ensuring a smooth client experience.
  • Provide expertise on email deliverability best practices, including sender reputation management, authentication, and IP management.
  • Troubleshoot email-related issues, collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical problems.
  • Educate clients on email compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
  • Work closely with product and development teams to enhance platform features and address client feedback.
  • Design and manage visual email automation workflows within chosen email platforms and tools like Google Slides or Vibe.
  • Deliver training sessions and create documentation to boost user adoption and success.
  • Monitor email performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve engagement and deliverability.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in email operations, deliverability, or a related role at a SaaS company or digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of IP management, email authentication protocols, and sender reputation.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, ESPs, and SMTP relay services.
  • Experience troubleshooting email deliverability issues and working with ISPs or anti-spam services.
  • Knowledge of email compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with customer support, product, and development teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
