Role Overview

Email Marketing QA Specialist

Scale CRM campaigns with precision, compliance, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, global marketing team.

This is a remote role requiring availability during U.S. EST hours.

Manage workflow queues, conduct campaign QA, and partner with stakeholders on compliance, audit, and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate task assignments across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery and proper prioritization
  • Perform QA reviews of CRM campaign assets, HTML templates, and audience definitions
  • Develop and maintain QA playbooks, compliance runbooks, and documentation standards
  • Provide weekly reporting on QA metrics, backlog activity, and work queue health
  • Support recurring audits, such as opt-out compliance and pixel/tag verification
  • Collaborate with product, privacy, and engineering teams to ensure marketing governance policies are met
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in CRM operations, email QA, or campaign compliance roles
  • Proven ability to coordinate task assignments across teams
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with CRM/marketing technology tools
  • Experience maintaining QA documentation, compliance protocols, and campaign opt-out/pixel/tag governance
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and JIRA or equivalent task tools
  • Experience supporting marketing audits or collaborating with legal/privacy teams
  • Understanding of dynamic scripting and pixel tracking tools
  • Working knowledge of SQL for light data analysis
  • Experience in tag implementation or troubleshooting
