Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading email marketing strategy, automation and campaigns to drive business growth. As a retention marketing professional, you will collaborate with various teams to deliver top-notch results.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute email marketing plans based on client needs and customer insights.
  2. Monitor, measure and optimize campaign performance to ensure error-free launches and continuous improvements.
  3. Collaborate with Graphic Design, Copywriting and Project Management teams to deliver timely and cost-effective projects.
  4. Track, analyze and report on email KPIs, campaign outcomes and competitor activity to drive strategic recommendations.
  5. Lead client communication through regular calls and presentations, aligning strategies with business objectives.
  6. Manage a small team of direct reports, including coaching, onboarding and training new hires.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing or digital campaign execution.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot or Mailchimp.
  • Proficient in executing email and SMS campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization and troubleshooting (preferred).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel or dashboards).
  • Strong attention to detail for error-free campaign execution.
  • Excellent time management to meet campaign deadlines.
  • Proven experience managing teams; prior experience leading remote teams is an advantage.
