Senior Associate, Mobility & Operations

A strategic role that balances marketplace dynamics and optimizes customer experiences.

The Job Description

As a senior associate, you will manage the equilibrium between supply and demand for Grab's transport business. Your responsibilities include conducting experiments to influence customer behavior, visiting customers on-ground to understand their experiences, collaborating with product teams to launch new features, performing data analysis, and tracking business performance.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to devise strategies that address key issues and drive business growth.


Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Business Management, Industrial/Management Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, data analytics, business strategy, or operations.
  • Expertise in creating business cases and models for special projects targeting business growth.
  • Proficiency in financial forecasting, budgeting, and pricing cause-and-effect simulation.
  • Experience working at a startup or building one from scratch.
