Job Description:

The data analyst is a vital position within the organization responsible for maintaining and improving existing reports across pre-construction and construction departments. This involves ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enhance existing reports to guarantee data precision and trustworthiness.
  • Develop innovative dashboards and reporting solutions that provide clear insights into business performance, operational efficiency, forecasting, and project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with department managers to comprehend their data needs and translate business inquiries into analytical tasks.
  • Perform data validation, cleaning, and analysis from various systems (e.g., project management tools, CRM).
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or anomalies.
  • Assist in creating predictive models for workload planning, resource allocation, and project timelines.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Promote a data-driven culture within the organization by advocating best practices in data utilization and decision-making.
