Key to our success is the role of the Project Manager, a vital position that oversees new project launches and coordinates teams effectively. This individual will be responsible for planning, data analysis, communication with stakeholders, and much more.

  • The successful candidate will launch new projects, manage teams, plan and analyze data, streamline communication with stakeholders, and provide exceptional academic services to students and their families.
  • This person will actively support Regional Operations by working closely with other team members to achieve common goals.
  • They will operate seamlessly in a virtual environment, maintaining high standards of people, financial, and academic management.
  • Responsibilities include delivering programs and initiatives, meeting operational excellence standards, providing administrative support, managing class schedules, tutoring sessions, and monitoring student progress.
  • This professional will foster open communication with students and parents to ensure positive and effective conflict resolution.

  • Capacity to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully

  • Ability to prioritize and focus on key objectives, which may change from month to month
  • Effective communications in virtual environments
  • Proficient in using all communication media, including phone and video
  • Ability to build engagement and trust in virtual relationships

  • Able to acquire new skills as required
  • Ability to engage, manage, and grow virtual relationships with customers, employees, and business partners
  • Ability to manage remote teachers

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2-3 years progressive career growth
  • Experience working in a virtual operations and team environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
