Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented marketing assistant who can assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, analyzing data, managing email campaigns, and supporting content planning across channels.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, AI software, and project management platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, with a focus on marketing management and remote work
  • Experience in email marketing, campaign management, and content planning
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude AI, Gemini, Notion AI, Canva AI) – preferred but not required
  • Strong skills in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
  • Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong general business support skills, including:
    • Administrative assistance
    • Calendar and schedule management
    • Email and inbox handling
    • Basic documentation and reporting
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently
