Virtual Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative and ecommerce support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily tasks with efficiency and reliability, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Assist with customer support and order processing, providing prompt responses and resolutions.
  • Coordinate and launch email campaigns using Klaviyo or Mailchimp, creating engaging content for our audience.
  • Create social media posts and respond to basic inquiries, maintaining a professional online presence.
  • Support product reviews and feedback management using Yotpo, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Update and manage products using Magento, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Perform general VA tasks such as report generation, document formatting in MS Word, and basic data entry, streamlining processes and improving productivity.
Requirements:
  • RELIABILITY: Consistent attendance and full-shift availability are crucial for this role.
  • EFFICIENCY: Meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities with ease, delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • INITIATIVE: A go-getter attitude with a proactive approach to completing tasks is essential for success.
  • EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years of relevant virtual assistant or ecommerce support experience is required, with a strong track record of meeting expectations.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Yotpo, Magento, and MS Word is a plus, but training will be provided if needed.

  • Office Tools: MS Word

This is a remote position, requiring full-time commitment from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Hong Kong Time.
