We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Valuation Assistant to join our team remotely. This role involves financial modeling, market research, and preparing reports to support investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough research on real estate databases for comparable data and analyze findings with attention to detail.
  2. Analyze real estate investments, including acquisitions and developments, using strong analytical skills.
  3. Create comprehensive financial models to assess property performance and returns.
  4. Research market trends, property data, and comparable sales/rentals to inform informed decision-making.
  5. Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for leadership and clients.
  6. Assist with due diligence, including reviewing leases and financial documents, with great attention to detail.

Requirements:

  1. Previous work experience as a Real Estate Analyst or similar role.
  2. Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate.
  3. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience in financial modeling preferred.
  4. Ability to think independently and analytically.
  5. Familiarity with FileMaker Pro and internet searching skills.
  6. Knowledge of real estate terms and metrics, such as cap rates, NOI, and IRR.
  7. Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  8. Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.

This is a fully remote position with negotiable salary and weekly pay.
