Job Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Collection Professional to join our team. This role involves contacting clients and collecting outstanding payments while maintaining trustful relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in BPO - Collections experience, particularly in international accounts. They should be capable of using dialers and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

About the Role

As a Collection Specialist, you will:

  • Contact clients to collect outstanding payments
  • Maintain professional and patient communication with customers
  • Strive for a balance between building trustful relationships and ensuring timely payments
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least 9 months of BPO - Collections experience in International accounts
  • Able to use dialers
  • Proven account management experience
  • Familiarity with collection laws and regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
