About The Role

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions in Cebu City, Cebu. In this full-time position, you will be the voice of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide accurate information and support to customers, resolving their issues to their satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking for
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • Customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the call centre & customer service industry
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
