The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs on our products, ensuring that clients have the necessary knowledge and skills to operate them effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training courses, product operation manuals, and implementation of training programs.
  • Provide technical training and support to clients, both in-person and virtually.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in training content.
  • Analyze training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautics or a related field is required.
  • Prior experience with training on technical products or software is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of drones or similar products, with ability to learn new products quickly and stay updated on product features and updates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to explain complex concepts in clear, simple terms.
  • Strong presentation skills, both in-person and virtually.
  • Experience creating training materials (manuals, videos, etc.) and delivering them in an engaging way.
