Knowledge Coordinator

The Knowledge Coordinator helps raise the quality of our bid submissions by developing/gathering and sharing WSP's knowledge throughout the business. The role covers various duties including maintaining our knowledge system (SharePoint), content management, documenting workflows and processes, AI knowledge mining, and working with subject matter experts to develop high-quality content. The Knowledge Coordinator is also responsible for working with internal clients and helping them access/navigate the work winning knowledge libraries.
Main Activities and Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)
- Create and implement processes for gathering, organising, and sharing information to support work winning activities
- Work with subject matter experts to develop, review, and maintain high-quality work winning content
- Work with internal stakeholders to maintain consistency across the knowledge base
- Implement WSP's knowledge management strategy
- Use AI to improve mining of company knowledge/information to improve quality of information provided to the business
- Review organisational knowledge repositories and identify opportunities to improve knowledge management in support of work winning activities
- Oversee and maintain inputs to various knowledge management platforms
- Champion document control and knowledge management best practice.
Qualifications (Minimum and desirable):
- Degree in business, information management, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience, skills, and organisational knowledge
- 4+ years of experience in knowledge and/or content management
- Significant experience in gathering, storing, and sharing organisational knowledge assets
- Experience developing/implementing knowledge management processes and tools
- Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint, and other MS Office applications
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Experience in professional services is preferable
