The Impact you will have in this role:

  • Operations Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete Operational Processes: Follow documented procedures and job aides, suggest improvements for efficiency. Resolve exceptions and assist with complex inquiries.
  • Take Ownership of Workload: Ensure deliverables meet procedures, metrics, and benchmarks while adhering to critical timeframes; manage competing priorities.
  • Risk and Control Monitoring: Align processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk, escalate appropriately.
  • Client Service Focus: Respond to inquiries timely and accurately, resolve issues promptly.
  • Internal and External Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships to facilitate issue resolution, operational improvements, and risk reduction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
