Job Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for delivering a high-quality customer service experience for Group Benefits Ops members and providers.

This role plays a key leadership part in ensuring consistent quality and meeting the needs of our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor management operating systems to support forecasting, planning, follow-up reporting, and evaluation.
  • Establish open communication channels to ensure consistency across representatives and members.
  • Manage team performance on a daily basis to guarantee service and quality objectives are met.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership development opportunities for supervisors to enhance their competencies.
  • Create a work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, learning, and accountability.
  • Identify areas for process and system improvements.
