Operational Excellence Lead

This key position involves turning complexity into clarity, streamlining workflows, and elevating operational efficiency. We are seeking a professional who thrives on process improvement, scalable processes, and structured change management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization & Improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and optimize core business processes, increasing efficiency, velocity, scalability, and quality across teams.
  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement through training, coaching, and post-mortem facilitation, promoting ongoing learning and optimization.
  • Framework Development & Maintenance
  • Design simple, structured frameworks enabling teams to work consistently, efficiently, and with clarity.
  • Audit & Compliance Support
  • Support internal and external audits by ensuring processes are properly documented, implemented, and monitored.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor and report on companywide KPIs using dashboards and data insights to evaluate the impact of process improvements and support informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or Science or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or similar roles, preferably within the IT or software industry.
  • Hands-on experience with lean methodologies and tools (e.g., Root Cause Analysis, Dynamic Work Design).
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders.
