Amazon Account Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Amazon Account Manager to oversee and optimize our client's private label operations on the platform.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Private Label Management: Manage all aspects of private label products, including product launches, ongoing optimization, and daily operations.
  • FBA Shipments & Logistics: Prepare and coordinate FBA shipments, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve any issues with inventory, warehousing, and receiving centers.
  • Shipment Reconciliation: Track and reconcile all shipments to ensure accurate records, recover lost inventory, and file reimbursement cases when needed.
  • Case Management: Handle all types of Seller Central support cases, ensuring timely resolutions and proper documentation for future reference.
  • Product Listings: Create and optimize product listings, ensuring SEO best practices, keyword integration, and compliance with Amazon policies.
  • A+ Content Management: Publish enhanced brand content to improve the customer experience and increase sales.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to drive traffic and stay competitive in product rankings.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with private label on Amazon
  • Experience in managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Focused and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Analytical thinker with a proactive mindset
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Multitasking ability with high-speed internet connection
